Spartan Catering Ltd. processes your personal information to meet our legal, statutory and contractual obligations and to provide you with our services. We will never collect any unnecessary personal data from you.
When you place an order through the website we will use your personal information to complete your booking and provide you with our services. The details we may gather from you may include your name, address, email address, phone number and payment details (including your credit/ debit card information). We gather your personal data as part of our legal obligation for business accounting and tax purposes. To complete an order, we may share your personal information with our payment providers. We need to process your personal information in this way to enter into and perform the contract with you.
When you contact us by phone, email, social media or via the website we may also handle your personal information (your name, contact details and the other details you provide to us) in order to provide the customer services you have asked us to. We work hard to protect you and your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction and have several layers of security measures in place, including:

· Regular backups of our internal server data to ensure that no data is lost.
· Payments are encrypted with trusted providers.
· Hard copies of documents, where needed, are stored in lockable offices and when no longer are destroyed in line with GDPR regulations.

Spartan Catering Ltd. only ever retains personal information for as long as is necessary. Our decision to keep personal information will be based on legal requirements, e.g. under UK tax law we are required to keep your basic personal data for a minimum of 6 years, or on accepted business practice.
